Online Orders

Should you wish to return an item, or items that you purchased from www.trevorfurbay.com, we ask that you contact the store at (513)-272-0200 to make arrangements for return. We are happy to offer a full refund for online orders that are returned within 14 day timeframe. Returned items must remain unworn with tags still attached. Sale items may be returned for store credit only. Trevor Furbay is not responsible for covering shipping costs for returned items. You may choose to have a return label shipped to you. Shipping costs will be deducted from the credit of your return. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving order. For any other questions, please contact the store at (513)-272-0200.

In store purchases

Should you wish to return an item you purchased in store, we ask that all items remain unworn and tags still attached. We ask that items are returned within a 30 day timeframe. Please provide your receipt and form of identification to staff member upon return. Your original form of payment will be credited upon return.
